With over a decade of in-person training experience, Emily has helped numerous clients learn how to move well, build confidence and get strong in the gym. Gaining a passion for strength & conditioning while playing rugby for the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns, she had the opportunity to learn the importance of work ethic in the weight room.  Observing first hand the impact that training carried to performance on the field, Emily was driven to pursue a career in the fitness industry.  Whether it’s skill development or crushing a new PR, she believes that good movement is fundamental to drive adaptation and ensure physical longevity.
